Hey Everyone!
Monster concert is coming up, and will be held on Feb 7. It is important that you all keep your afternoons open not only for the concert that evening, but also for the rehearsals that will take place on the days leading up to it. Keep the Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons as well as Saturday morning open for those rehearsals (you will only have to attend a rehearsal on Tuesday OR Wednesday, but will be required to be available for all the other days).
Most of you have been a part of this before. The people in charge of the YC have decided to run things a little differently this year. Instead of having all of you be responsible for purchasing your copies, the YC will order the music and give it to me. You will then pay me for the music, and I will pay the YC for the materials. Because of this it is very important that you let me know ASAP if you will not be able to be involved in the concert as I have already picked pieces for all of your kids. If you don't let me know well enough in advance you will still have to purchase the music from me so I don't have to be responsible to pay for it out of pocket.
Monster concert is always the most fun and best attended event, so let's get this party started!
